Vidyaloke 2017

Vidyaloke is an effort by the Vana Foundation to revive the Buddha’s wisdom in contemporary India through talks and teachings with revered scholars from all walks of life. The driving belief is that contemporary India has lost touch with the Buddha’s wisdom, that is respected and has flourished in several Asian countries.

Taking the ‘guru-shishya’ tradition as one of their core philosophies, Vidyaloke 2017 aimed to bring forth a new age of truly awakened Indians. Their first Teaching was conducted by His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama himself while their second was conducted by Dzongsar Jamyang Khentse Rinpoche.
